Last night's re-heated supper. Birmingham Balti. Mick's Al Frash base recipe; link below. To spec, made with fresh diced chicken. Even re-heated, awesome depth of flavour!

Served with Keto Roti. Should be naan I know, but so far had the best results with roti, in terms of the keto "breads". Easy to make. Just golden ground flax seed, water and salt is needed, although you can add whatever you like to the mix. I quite like a little Kasoori Methi and Schwartz's Garlic Pepper. They fluff up a treat when cooking. Flame cooked here. Apparently, if you cook them on a tawa with a little butter ghee, they "parathaise", although I haven't tried this yet.
Out of curiosity, I plan a takeaway from Shabab's this weekend, to see how their Balti compares. It will need to be top notch. Top top notch!
