Hi, I'm new to the cooking curry think and got it in to my head i NEED to learn how to do it.
My family love a good Indian takeway but with 3 teenagers that can eat for England it works out a very dear do. I found dipuraja on you tube and see he is on here, so far I've made and cooked his : BASE GRAVY (brill)
                                     MIXED POWDER (brill)
                                     PRE COOKED CHICKEN (brill)
                                     MASSALA SAUSE (brill)
                                     MINT YOGURT SAUSE (brill)
                                     CHICKEN KORMA (to die far)
CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA (with pre cooked chicken not tikka)
                                                                                          (to die far)
                                     CHICKEN BHUNA (brill)
                                     CHICKEN MADRAS (brill)
ONION BHAJI (not bad but needs onions to be finer)
NAAN BREAD (missing something so not keen)

I've also made chapatti's witch go down well, I'm gooking forwork to reading all your posts and trying them all out on the family :)

Hello Smadkitty,

Welcome to cr0.

It appears that you have found your way around the BIR (British Indian Restaurant) menu already, and had good success using Dipuraja'a recipes.

There are some really good recipes on here, and I think you will enjoy experimenting with them.

If there is any way that any of us can help, don't hesitate to ask, we're usually a friendly bunch :P

Good luck,

Ray :)
