Hi Chris welcome to CR0. Your probably best off having a look through the more traditional recipes but certainly having a look at the mains will give you an idea of what to do overall.

I think the best way will be,shove the chicken in the jar,don't worry about the seepage, that's normal.put the lid back on,then place in the shower next time you have one and instant ready meal. :
