Mix powder

looking around the site it seems this is the same as a few other spice mixes
but here it is never the less

it can me measured out in tsp, tbls, or even cups its up to you


- 2 parts curry powder (make not known)
- 2 parts ground cumin
- 2 parts ground coriander
- 2 parts ground paprika
- 3 parts ground turmeric
- 1 parts garam masala

Mix Powder:

Ingredients:

- 2 measures* of curry powder (unspecified type or brand - use any decent mild or medium one)
- 2 measures of ground cumin
- 2 measures of ground coriander
- 2 measures of ground paprika
- 3 measures of ground tumeric
- 1 measure of ground garam masala

And is also very similar to the IG spice mix if you double it, minus the garam masala, see below:

Indian Garden Spice Mix

2 Spoon   - Turmeric
1 Heaped - Med Curry Powder
1 Spoon   - Cumin
1 Spoon   - Corriander
1 Spoon   - Paprika

As i said i had a trawl through the mixes and found it was the same as a few of them. But as I'm sure allot of BIR's use the same recipes for certain things, it doesn't suprise me that 2 or 3 use the same mixes And to be honest i have memorised dips spice mix when i made it so hence the order it is in. I will ask him about it when i next see him as to why he has not created his own as ill ask the millions of other questions i have for him lol

No, I'm sure you right about the spices mixes.

There are only so many different combo's you can do before finding an identical one.
