Apart from Paul's recipes and the biryani its the biggest bag of boxxxxks yet they are only adding chili powder and base and that's it. This is why ladies and gents they are so crap today this has not inspired me just flared up the old wound I am even more determined not to buy a takeaway.

We are looking for a 70's/80's style of cooking trust me I have found it, thanks to this site I believe my curries are 100% better since I discovered this site; I for one will not give in to the dick heads that are cooking curries today and earning big bucks (Big Bucks now that was some horse) I am only one man (one man what a horse that was) back to reality ; curry on people.

Hi Parker21

I use Ifindforyou base recipe its the best I have come across so far I really like a hot curry yet it has to be tasty. I usually when we have a party every 3rd Saturday make something for the ladies as well as the lads I either do a Thai, Indian or Chinese theme when its my turn and I always try and cook at least one new dish each time it keeps you on top of your game I also have invented a few recipes of my own.

Here is the link for the base I use  http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=923.0

Thanks for asking and take care.
