They are not bad,just not the same as i remember the currys back home.
When i cooked and eat the recipe from here,it was a case of "thats it!",even my wife (an Aussie) said it was much better.I think it must be the "base sauce" that makes the difference.
First time i have done it that way,and it made it "real" for me.If you know what i mean?
There is a large Indian community here,but of the few restaurants i have been to,the food seems to lack something.Must be a "pommy" thing.
