« on: May 12, 2010, 10:47 AM »
Used a silicone muffin mold
 "http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/imagehost/#.JPG"><img src="http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/imagehost/pics/.JPG" alt="Image hosting by CR0.co.uk "
Used about 2-3 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves, then covered with water.
Still wont let me post pics on this site?

We usually just freeze it in a sandwich bag, though I don't like to freeze it if I can avoid it.

Hi UncleFrank ;)

Far better and more reliable to use an outside picture host. I'd recommend photobucket :) here's a link ;)

There are good reasons (in my opinion) why images are posted as they are on this forum (and not on photobucket, or the like, Domi).  One good reason is that many (posted on photobucket...check some of yours, for instance) are no longer available.

The instructions for posting images via the cr0 image hosting forum (see here: http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1475.0) are quite clear and easy to follow I think.  :-\

Though, why I care, I do not know...... ::)

Mine are not available because I removed them, CA.....nothing to do with photobucket themselves.

Since a few members have complained about the forum hosting of pictures not working for them it's far better to use an outside host that works rather than have members getting pissed off trying to upload photos here - check UncleFrank's original post ;) since he's asking for the thread to be deleted it saves losing a thread and subsequent posts which can only be a good thing, right?

QED yet again Domi!  ::)

Then it's surely far better (for the integrity of the forum) to explain to them HOW to post images, using the cr0 image hosting website, than to encourage them to use an alternative method  :-\

Since a few members have complained that the site's picture hosting isn't working (they seem intelligent enough to have followed the instructions to me ;) ) and the fact that the site is as slow and buggy as hell lately it's only reasonable to proffer another route for pichosting. Plus it saves on server space to boot! I notice you haven't taken the time to explain how to use the site's pichosting in two posts so far....Not that you're looking to pick fights or argue for the sake of arguing, eh, CA?

Sorry Domi, yet again you're factually incorrect.

I stated above that the instructions on how to post images, using the cr0 image hosting website, plus the reasons why, are here:  http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=1475.msg36034#msg36034

Most members seem to cope with this.

However, if YOU can see how to make the instructions clearer, please post YOUR suggestions (rather than suggesting that members scupper the solution that the forum has decided to implement in the best interests of the forum).

As always, it seems that you are determined to have the last word Domi...however irrational and emotional it might be..... ::)

Hi UF,

I understand your difficulty in posting images via the cr0 image hosting website.  Please send me a personal message and I'll gladly help you post your images  :)
