Hi Jamie,

In your last post, I've tried to explain it.

Have a look mate, and if it's still not clear, give us a shout and we'll work it out for you

Ray :)

Hi Jamie,

I assume that your using the cr0 imaging host?  If so, once you have uploaded your image, click on the link.  The whole link should turn blue.  Right click, and select copy.

Then, in your post, select 'insert image' from the action buttons.  You should then see this appear in your post [img][img].  If you do, place your cursor right in the middle of this, right click, then select paste.  Your link should now appear in between  both [img]'s for example [img]www.yourlinkcr0.co.uk[img]

Personally, I think it's best to open 2 tabs on you internet explorer.  Bring up cr0 on both tabs but, in one of the tabs, bring up the cr0 image host, and in the other, have your new post displayed.  That way, you can just toggle between both tabs.

Hope that makes some sense :)

Ray :)

Jamie,

No problem mate.  If you are ever unsure about the way the content of your post may look, just click on the preview button, and your post will appear as it will look on the forum.

Don't worry, if it's not to your liking, just click back in the text box and alter.  You can preview as many time as you like before your happy with how your post looks.

Glad to be of help though, if there's anything else that you need, just give us a shout.

Ray :)

I'm sure I've posted photos here before but now I can't get it to work at all.

From reply, I select advanced options, and then attach image or something.
I select an image from my computer and the file name, like curry.jpg appears on the screen here.

But when I do preview, no image appears and if I go to post, it says the image is incorrect or out of time. Where am I going wrong?

UPDATE: I just found the original admin post about the curry-recipes hosting site. It's not over complex but is a bit unusual. Can't the additional options/image upload facility be disabled on this site, if it's not relevant, as seems the case.
