enjoyed that link too EHC :D When I read  "authentic selection of dishes from the British Isles" I thought they were going out for an English lol but you'd never flambe pie and peas :P

Can't see them getting away with that round here though I can just imagine the comments ".......ay up lad, what's they doin', they's settin' me biriani a fear..."
