Hello! Just joined....i'm nat.  Been looking for a site like this, but where to start!?! So much info!  Anyone got a good easy base recipe to make a start - my fave indian is rogan josh!

Can't wait to get started!

Hi Nat and welcome to the forum.

There are many good bases on here most of which are quite easy to make.  I use CA's (forum moderator) which is very versatile and can be used to make most final dishes.  Heres the link http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=3772.0

Welcome to CR0, i'm going through the stages myself. Its best to have a good read through. The popular recipes have plenty of replies, so that 'll give you an idea of where to look. :) That said, most of the recipes here are good. :)
