Hi Ray
Just because i want to do Sanjee's, But he doesn't mention how to do the chicken, I know they are near enough the same, But i like the look of Sanjee's sauce better.
No different to picking the same recipe from two books, You will always prefer one recipe to the other,
Cant see why your confused ::) Obviously don't take much to confuse

HS,

What I was trying to say is this; both the butter chicken recipes are pretty much the same, ingredients wise, so to go to the trouble to watch/write down one recipe for the marinade, then go to the other video to watch/write down a recipe for butter chicken, which is almost identical to the recipe from where you have sourced you marinade from, make little sense to me.

But that is your want, and I totally respect that, I was just curious as to what it was that made one recipe stand out over the other for you that's all!

Yeah, agreed, unless they are more or less the same ingredients wise, which these two recipes are!

Hey HS, the ability that some people possess to cause confusion, never ceases to amaze me  ;)

Sanjee dosen't add Milk, Water, Tomato Puree into his sauce, Just good natural flavour from the tomatoes, which is one of the reasons I picked It. It's that simple,

Ray
I do seem to have this rare ability to confuse ;D Some may call it a gift, others maybe not 8)

Well, yes, I'm forced to agree : by ascribing your own words to Ray (see quote of quote of quote), you can indeed succeed in creating massive confuskion  ;D
