Ooo that's neat.
A woman called Rachel Ray over here cooked Moroccan Lamb some time ago. Man that looked really good.  :o

I got a tagine ages ago, and trying to get into using it.  But some similarities with the spices they use with indian dishes so a lot of the stuff I already have in the kitchen
