Just watched the precooked chicken video and I have three questions:
- what did he mean by saying that the garlic/ginger was "marinated"? It looked (as far as one can tell from a video) that it might have yoghurt in it? If so, that's not something that's ever been mentioned before here is it?
- did he really say that the chicken will be done in about 35-40 minutes? That seems like a long time to me.
- what type of bay leaves did he use? Did anyone manage to count the veins (or even see them, for that matter)?
