« on: February 27, 2010, 08:36 PM »
Hope this is posted in the right place.
First one is CA's base here http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=3772.0

Second is the Ashoka base http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=3199.0

And the third is Vindamoos base http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=2864.0

Will be quite busy over the next few days trying all the recipes to go with each base.
Thanks for looking.

Unclefrank,

u're worse than me - in fact far worse (i've only done 2  off as a side by side and 1/2 portions at that).

not tried vindamoos but have made CA's and the ashoka - both very good. since ashoka i now add a little marge to all bases (1 - 2 tbsp).

the ashoka is something that still niggles me (base spicing full stop) - the spicing is heavy on the cumin yet works.

looking fwd to u're results.
