Hi all, as requested, here's a little hi from me.
This site was mentioned at work today and as a curry lover, I had to check it out ... and wow, it looks fab!!
I'm a regular visitor to my local indian restaurant and regularly have a Joshani Balti with extra chillies or I'll have a Pathia. I buy ingredients in my local halal supermarket but make up recipes, so will be great to check out some of the suggestions in here & hone my technique!
