Anyone out there know of a recipe for Korma Sauce, without onions or garlic or tomatoes in it, I am food sensitive to these things :-\

I fear not. These are the main elements. It would be a bit like trying to make chicken soup without any chicken. I guess you could experiment with alternative ingredients but it would be bound to taste very different. How do you know you like korma if you can't eat it? Perhaps you've discovered the food intolerance quite recently.

Ruth can you eat Spring Onions ? Ive used them alongside Onions & i`m sure you could use them instead.
Can you eat Tomato soup ? This is another alternative to using whole fresh Tomato's( add some salt ).
An alternative to Garlic = Asefoetida.

Hope this is of some help to you.

This is just an idea. I haven't tried it but it might work.

Place some finely sliced green pepper in a pan with some oil.
Start it frying then add a tsp of curry powder/restaurant masala.
Sizzle for a few seconds then add single cream, about 6 fl. oz.
Add coconut from a block, 3 - 4 tbsp., dissolve.
Add some ground almonds or other nuts.
Salt to taste, possibly some sugar too.
Add cooked meat / chicken, heat through.
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
