;D hi guys and gals.. great site keep up the good work still busy looking at the base recipes and not sure which one to try as i'm new to the kitchen scene but i would love to make a curry as near to the real thing as possible.so any help which base to try would be great

Sorry for the late reply but Thanks guys for for making me feel welcome to the site,well i made a base sauce from (Onion) << members nick ))) (My base sauce variation + Step by Step Pics) its a old 2007 post but turned out really good with a sweetest taste to it. i used the madras recipe from ( UB'S Chicken madras ) for a first attempt at cooking this meal i was very expressed with the results and my m8's could'nt believe i had made it from scratch. haha
