Just to let you know that I have moved several threads to do with "supplementary recipes" (i.e. all other things needed to make BIRs curry e.g. garlic paste, onion paste, spice mixes, tomato pastes, bunjarra, stocks, spiced oils, etc....) and associated chat from this section to:
