Reza Mahammad Recipes
« on: July 02, 2005, 02:42 PM »
I just come in and turned the TV? on the UK Bright Ideas TV channel, and was watching Reza Mahammad in Deli Belly making the most amazing looking Chicken Biryani. He then went off to Deli to the tandoor shop! Sanjeev Bhaskar was the presenter and it was a good program for authentic recipes (not BIR) I would have loved to have recorded it from the beginning. I must confess to have not heard of Reza Mahammad before, has he published any cookbooks? I think I would enjoy making some of his recipes as they looked straight forward and well presented. What do you reckon?

How gay is that guy? He has me in hysterics the way he acts.? ?:D

He's got a restaurant in London and he was on another program about an English bloke trying to make a go of it in France. This chap set up an English style Indian restaurant and Reza was a sort of mentor. If you get a chance to see the other programs in the series then do, they are all good.
