Hi all Iv had a few goes at making a BIR curry and after about three attempts im starting to get the hang of it however...I really want to create a Chicken Tikka Masala (yeah I know) dish like you get in the restaurants, I know Im boring but the thing is I love this dish, can someone point me to a recipe please.

Hi Dave,
I made CA's on Saturday evening and it was excellent. I used most of the optional ingredients. My only comment was it was a bit sweet for my taste so next time I'll probably leave out, or reduce, the sugar.

Thanks Chris I`ll give it a whirl but it wont be this week iv too much on... :
been musing over this website and have to say it looks excellent, loads of imformation for someone like me who is a beginner, problem in our house is my wife is such a good cook that I dont get a look in ;D
