decent jalfrazi recipe

Hi guys,
just found this site and registered.
Looks good from the quick read I've just had.
I'm after a decent jalfrazi recipe, all the stir in sauces I've found aren't up to scratch and home made ones don't come close either.
The best non restaurant one I've had is a Salisbury's ready meal jalfrazi.
Can anyone better or match it?
Cheers.

For me, this is the definitive Jalfrezi:

You will need to knock up a curry base though. Bruce Edwards

both have worked great for me.
Good luck with it. Tell us how you get on!
