Hello all,been a member a while,picked up some great tips from this site,so time i said hello! my fave curries are madras and vindaloo,also like chinese curry sauce,i like trying diffrent hot pepper sauces in my curries...oh i love rock and metal music!

Hi metaltony and welcome to the forum  :) chinese curry sauce mmmm and chips!!

i use this stuff when makeing chinese curry, cheap and really easy.
