Just found this website after a bit of a search engine trawl looking for some definitive curry recipes. I make a few curries which I would say are very good, but they're not excellent. I'm really excited to have found this site because it looks like the expertise on here should hopefully help me get to a standard I will be happy with.

Thanks in advance for answers to the dumb questions I will certainly be asking!
