I buy a lot of my items from Spices of India as they have a good range and selection of items at reasonable prices. Other things I get in Southall whenever I'm up that way.

As you rightly say, buying a lot of these spices from Supermarkets can get expensive in small quantities and many items you just can't get.

I've always found Spices of India to be pretty good and I generally buy a big batch in one go to save on postage.

Have used and never had a problem from Spices of India. Love local shopping too though.

I agree about spices of India, got a good deal on mdh kashmiri chilli powder and finally found real tej patta there as well. Stock up to save on postage!

S of I  trick for me is when I need to restock on rice.  Large bag goes good way towards free postage.

I suppose it depends what you're buying! I tend to use a lot of coriander and cumin so just use online stores as its much cheaper to buy in bulk. It's always a gamble buying online but the ones I have had have been delish!

Im actually staying in Leeds at the moment I think I have found a good suplier that I am going to stick with now though! ...did you have any suggestions RoobyDoo?
