Hi from Oxford
« on: April 24, 2009, 10:50 AM »
Hi Everyone,

I've been making curries for nearly 20 years and find that I am always learning. It started when my wife bought me the Curry Club Book fo Great Britain by Pat Chapman. This was a great intro into making curries. Over the years I've collected some great books and recipes. I like spicy curries mainly and can handle a vindaloo. My whole family loves curry and I usually have to make them mild ones and add fresh chillies and more spices after serving theirs up!

I'm looking forward to picking up some top tips here and maybe sharing my knowledge too.

hopefully the site will encourage u to follow BIR and make individual curries. i find it's a benefit in meeting family taste demands. try CK's CTM - regular order by my kids.
