I take it when you say" all you have to do is get someone else to do the same" your actually wanting us to be the someone else?
Its just a cash for referalls, scam or one of these fill in a thousand surveys scams.

Hi Peter, It's not a scam mate. I have done this many times and have never been scammed. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of sites out there that are.
This site can be trusted 100% - there are no surveys and your details are not passed on or sold!

Ultimately the choice is yours but if you need any help then I will be glad to oblige
