Hi,

Just joined, love curry of course.

I have been searching for years for a recipe for a dip we used to have in blighty with Poppadoms. Poppadoms were always served with four dips, lime pickle, onion dip, mango chutney and a hot red quite thin dip. It is the last dip I am keen to know the name of and if possible the recipe.

Wrote to Pat Chapman and he was kind enough to reply but the search goes on.

hi guys sorry not too good still with this linking but the recipe is on page 4 in the BIR recipe request section.... under the heading of hot red sauce! :-[
