Just joined, love curry of course.
I have been searching for years for a recipe for a dip we used to have in blighty with Poppadoms. Poppadoms were always served with four dips, lime pickle, onion dip, mango chutney and a hot red quite thin dip. It is the last dip I am keen to know the name of and if possible the recipe.
Wrote to Pat Chapman and he was kind enough to reply but the search goes on.
