hey guys, a quick poll for you, what do you guys have at xmas? christmas dinner or curry?

LOL. I was going to type pretty much verbatim the same response!  ;D

Surrounded by Canadians, those who know of my dedication to curry think I am bizarre. Ditching turkey and stuffing for Madras and naan would go too far.

That said, I cook a mean turkey, and they won't know that I marinate it with curry base.  ;D

I actually curried what was left of our Turkey last year for the evening, wasn't too bad if I remember correctly.

I will be eating lamb roast xmas dinner with the family. However the minute xmas day ends, the curry gravy will be simering away, and the kitchen will be transformed into a diy bir !  Lubricated with copious festive beer swilling, right through till the new year. can't wait  ;D

That sounds 'fowl', but I dare say if done right it would all get 'gobbled' up pretty fast!

Actually I like to keep aBREAST of such new ideas but fear I am too 'chicken' to try this one.

And I hope you realise that if you're pulling our legs then you're going to get a good 'roasting' for it.
