A big hello to everyone on here,
can't wait to get stuck in to cooking the stuff from here they sound the business
will dig deep for a decent restaurant style vindaloo, any recommendations very welcome

vindaloo are too hot for me - happy at madras.

Welcome to the forum, vindaloo is also my fav and one of the hardest to get just how you like it, try a few recipes is your best bet
