Just joined, how you all doing?

I'm on the lookout for the perfect madras recipe

One that tastes just like it does when you order one from the best local Indian

Prawn Madras with Pilau rice and naan bread is my all time favorite, I could drink madras sauce throw a straw I like it so much!!!

Hahaha, love the name. Welcome to CR0. There are plenty great Madras recipies here. This one is a great starting point and tastes fantastic. Best of luck, BB.
