Restaurant/Cafe equipment etc

Do you guys know where one can gt restaurant cooking eqiupment second-hand?  Maybe some trade mag?  I am looking to open something in a year or two.....not Indian but a kind of cafe.   I want to start looking out for table/chairs and some kitchen equipment now and over the next year.  Cheers....

Have you tried asking restaurants that you know have shut down / are shutting down? E.G. In Edinburgh on my street there is a Chinese restauarant I used to go to that looks as if they locked up one day and haven't been back in months. All the tables are fully dressed etc. Surely closed down restaurants are a pretty common thing...

I work for a company called Apuro. We do have some second hand equipment, but not a lot. We mainly sell brand new goods, but on the odd occasion we have some Recon, or graded stock.
