Hi I am a hobby cook from New Delhi, India. Having become practiced at recipes from Bombay and Delhi restaurants I am now trying out Anglo-Indian/Indo-British cooking. BBC has so far been my favourite website and my search for "Frithath Curry" turned up your address. I look forward to coming back soon. Love.

am sure you will enjoy the site - i think it?s fantastic.

my BIR cooking has come on more in 6 mths than 20yrs before

there is a lot of info so you have to go at each little nugget a bit at a time.

always ask no matter what it is - everyone will be keen to help.
