Hello!

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Came across this site while looking for a good recipe for butter chicken.  I love to read recipe books, watch food shows and learn all I can about food and when time permits I try out new stuff, but my everyday cooking (with two young kids) is a real rushed affair. Maybe one day .....
