Joined a few days ago and thought I should say hello to the community.
I've been cooking Indian food for around ten years (hobby not professionally) and found this site by accident. Having read some of the posts I am really glad I did as I'm sure that I can learn a lot. Cooking authentic Indian food is close to my heart but I would love to develop a good base sauce so that I can produce a good quality dish in short order! This seems to be the right place to learn how to do just that.
