Just starting out on my Curry Cooking Oddyssey

Hello all,

I recently had a cookery lesson with Mridula Baljekar and it's got me hooked on Indian cookery! So I signed up here. Hoping to learn lots about Indian food from everyone on here  :)

Welcome to the gang, Lorien!

There's a bunch of really great people on this forum and loads of collected wisdom, so I think you've found the right place.  I know I've learned a few tricks in just a couple of weeks that have helped a lot.
