 ;)hello from a currynut in South Wales.

I have umpteen curry cookbooks and have tried several "authentic indian restaurant" type recipes and so far have failed to make anything even resembling my local curry house 

But I wont give up and just getting a brand new shiny kitchen is making me eager to try again

Ahh, we've all been there at one point or another. It's quite a revelation when you first learn about base sauces. You're in for a treat here.

Hi Kaytutt,  you don't say how your Authentic recipes have fared. There is a place on the forum for this type of recipe. Maybe you could share some recipes that you have had success with. Look forward to hearing more from you soon.... ;D

Hi Mike, this is the point, all my attempts have been dismal failures, not something I would want to share publically  ;D
