Hello and thanks!

Hello everyone, I've just joined here and wanted to say thanks for the fantastic tips on this site. I spent years whingeing that I couldn't come close to replicating the BIR curry, and had given up, assuming there had to be magic involved..
Then a friend gave me Kris Dhillon's little book, and now I've found this brilliant site and found there's no magic involved, just some ingenious secrets. I will now get very fat indeed.
Cheers!

Hi Matt2020,
Welcome to the team. I also started with Kris Dhillon and that`s what lead me here, to curry heaven. As for getting fat, my diet starts tommorrow. It`s not the currys that do me it`s the tinnies I drink whilst creating them. ;D.... mike
