Do you mean "Kulcha Naan" CF?If so, fry some onions (with cumin seeds, garlic and a pinch of garam masala...and finally mix in a little fresh coriander if you wish) in ghee (or oil if you wish) and add some to the centre of the ball of dough before shaping it into a naan.
