It's a 455 mile hike but well worth it. I have a huge Chinese superstore and I think 10 Indian stores. If it is used It can be bought there.

I'm picking up these things since my spices are up to date.

1. 8 Bundles of FRESH Fenugreek.
2. Large bag of chili's to freeze
3. Ginger to Freeze
4. 3 varieties of Tamarind. (ones I have not tried).
(Forget the powder its rubbish).
5. 3 packs of Shans Pakora mix. (I just like this is all).
6. Maybe some Mooli? Sure its there.

Anything you can suggest out of the ordinary? I'll get some if they have it and see what it produces?

Kitchen smells authentic Indian tonight.  ;D
