Just a quick Hello from a newbie to the site....Been cooking curries for years tho' and was wondering if anyone has a recipe for a south indian garlic curry? Any comments welcomed.

Hi ianrollo14,  welcome to the family. Thats the second request for this curry. I am trying to track it down for another member on here. I think I have seen it in a book I borrowed from the library once. If I find it I will post it up. Happy cooking. Look forward to your input..  ;D

Thanx Mike, have had this curry many times in different guises. North Indian Garlic Chilli, South Indian Garlic Curry, South Indian Galic Chilli. I'm sure you get my drift. It was very popular in and around edinburgh, unfortuneately having moved to southampton I don't seem to be able to get it in alot of BIR.(picking up the lingo)
