Tried Darth's base

Hi Everyone:
Since Darth's base seems to be the most popular on the poll I thought I'd try that one first. Had a couple questions about the finished product. I cut it down to a third of the recipe. The finished product looked very green maybe too much green pepper. Also it tasted kind of watery so I stuck a knorr vegetable bullion cube in it and it helped with the water. I simmered it with the lid on so I wonder if that made a difference with the water problem. Have to see it was very good though. We made a vegetable curry with it. Yum!
Any thoughts on the water and green look?

I'm not user of Darths base so not really able to comment to much but green doesn't sound right? Was it green after blending?

Hi,
It should be a golden colour with the texture of soup. Maybe, try a batch as Darth`s recipe so you will have an idea what it looks and tastes like. Then you can have a better idea of how to cut it down. Although it makes a fair bit for the freezer........regards mike.. ;D
