water 3/4 pint
salt 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
whole coriander seeds 1 tsp
whole cummin seeds 1 tsp
vegetables (onion,cauliflower,potato) 1/2 lb
cooking oil sufficient for deep frying
