Hey there

hey there,
an introduction is of course necessary - i'm chris, a 19 year old student. i've had a passion to be able to cook intense flavours for a good few years now. i'm an extremely mediocre chef - but hey we all have to start somewhere.
curries are easily my favourite food and i'll eat them as often as i can, a nice balance between flavour and heat is preferred - my favourite being a madras or a bhakara (spelling?).
apart from enjoying the flavours id love to learn how to cook properly, instead of calling my local curry house or just opening a jar and pouring it on chicken. where's the fun in that?
...
i look forwards to cooking with you guys,
chris

Hi Chris,
You've come to the right place!
When you have made a few bases sauces and had a go at some of the recipes you will see that it is all fairly simple stuff.
Happy currying and let us know how you get on
Cheers
