Great site
Will have to try some of these out.
Being a big fan of Curry. we visit our local takeaway a minimum of once a week.
I like mine hotish a Madras is a nice easy eating meal where I do like hotter but you tend to loose the taste a little. The wife and Kids like it mild.
So looks like I will have to cook more than one.LOL

I used to use several local takeaways at least once a week (each one depending on the curry I fancied, never found one that did them all the way I like), but now I havent used them for ages, they probably think that something has happened to me!
