Topic: Madras and Balti recipes please

Hi team,  do we have the recipes for Madras and Balti both made using Terry`s base? I saw the photos taken by Extrahotchillie and I fancy giving them a go. Also the recipe for Terry`s base.

I have sent Extrahotchillie a pm but have had no reply. So if anyone can help it will be much appreciated.............regards..mike

I don't recall ever seeing a Madras recipe from Terry?

Extrahotchilli always did make some cracking looking curries!  Shame he's not around as often as he used to be.  Likewise with Terry (Ifindforu).  I've tried several of his recipes (including his Curry Base) and found them to be very good indeed.

Hi Cory Ander,  thanks for that. I was browsing some of the pictures and liked the look of the Balti. The Madras I referred to is  http://wwwcro.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=964.0 . Its a Madras done by Extrahotchillie using Terry`s base.

I will definitely be trying the Balti thou..... ;D ;D

hi everyone im new to this site,  i keep looking at all these mouth-watering photos
on this site but i cannot find the recipes for these,  such as chicken jalfrezi, and bombay aloo by terry. plus chicken bhuna by bulsaro.

Secondly, thats all you have to do, if you cant find something you are looking for just ask and you will be steered in the right direction.
