CA's Prawn Vindaloo

Sorry, I was a bit hungry (presentation took a bit of a back seat I'm afraid!) so I turned it into rather a sloppy mess (!) by piling on loads of:

Sweet Mango Chutney (out of a jar), and

It was pretty tasty, nevertheless 

and it surely hit the spot and filled a (n a***?) hole   ;D

Wow CA,

You are really coming on, the prawn madras looks the business, sometimes it can happen you make something look great but the taste test lets you down.
Still looks amazing to me!
