This area has been created so there is a starting point for any wannabe Indian chefs out there. 

We realise the amount of info on this site is enormous but hopefully this section will allow you to ask those questions that are just burning away at you.

I can assure you the peeps on this site have vast experience and are more than happy to help you out no matter what you ask.......so what are you waiting for.
