Hello all,

Thank you for letting me benefit from your superior knowledge and experience. That's the brown nose bit over. Looking forward to a rather steep learning curve, complete novice in the kitchen but willing to read and learn.
Due to limited skill ability and experience I might not have a lot to post in return but I will help if I can.
