Bradford Curry recipe

Hi,

I'm a complete curry newbie! I've just started seeing a guy from Bradford who keeps bragging about the curries from Bradford.

I have some pakistani bassar curry masala mix that I've ordered. Can anyone give me a recipe that will impress please! In lamen terms lol
