This weekend I made another batch of my Instant Pot curry base.  Slight variation, added red lentils and a small potato after watching Al

Looks the goods to me and possibly the best curry on the continent.  My late father-in-law would have loved to tuck into that. He loved a spicy curry.  I'm afraid I'd tone it down a tad (especially if my family were going to eat it) but the dish looks like a really promising lead to pursue.  I agree with Phil. Well done.  You should be quite proud of that.

Some might say it's an oily mess but just ignore them.  :clown2:

Well, it seems normal service was resumed.  Re-did the exact same recipe with two small changes.
1. Dropped the extra hot chili powder from 2 tsp to 1 tsp
2. Added 1 tsp white wine vinegar in the finishing stages
